Terms & Conditions

1 Failure to return the car at the scheduled location. Rs. 1500*
2 Return of car delayed beyond the scheduled time. Rs. 300 Per hour for every hour beyond the scheduled time*.
3 Performing any unauthorized activity such as carrying arms and ammunition, any intoxication, commercial activity. Rs. 11,000 plus User will be held liable for any legal action arising out of these activites.
4 Violation of traffic regulations. Rs. 1000* In addition, the actual fine charged due to traffic violation will be charged from the user.
5 Smoking in the car. Rs. 1000 or the repair amount, whichever is higher.
6 Failure to return the orginal car documents A fine of Rs 10,000 will be charged along with the actual charges incurred for re-documentation
7 Not keeping the car clean and/or littering in or dirtying the car. Rs. 1000 or the cleaning cost of the car, whichever is higher*
8 Tampering with the devices such as GPS etc. Rs. 10,000 plus the actual cost of the repair or the fitment will be charged from the user*

Driving at a speed above maximum speed limit of 80 km per hour.

Warning will be issued on first violation On second violation, Rs. 500 will be charged*

For subsequent violations, Rs. 300 will be Charged per over-speeding*

In case of over speeding above 110 km per hour, Rs. 1500 will be charged and the user will face expulsion from membership*
10 Causing any damage to the car

Any unintentional/accidental damage will be liable for the damage charges of Rs. 30000/- and Total Damage Repairing Days of Car Rent. (Full-wrap insurance covers the rest).
11 Putting any external branding on the car

Rs. 10,000 will be charged plus any expenses arising out of repair cost or such damages will be charged to the User*

Failure to return car keys & other accessories

 Rs. 5000 will be charged plus any replacement cost incurred will be charged to the User*

Towing or Impounding of the car due to user's fault.

Full towing/impounding cost on actuals shall be charged from the User*

Driving under the influence of alcohol

 100% of vehicle damage shall be charged. The additional charges payable shall be over and above the Security Deposit *.
15 Any intentional damage such as continuing to drive after accident or under extreme conditions or rash the additional charges payable shall be over and driving etc. 100% of vehicle damage shall be charged. The additional charges charged shall be over and above the Security Deposit*.
16 The User not driving himself (only the account holder of the present booking is allowed to drive) 100% of vehicle damage shall be charged. The additional charges charged shall be over and above the Security Deposit*.

During Peak Season

If a user cancels the booking 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the trip, there will be 25% deduction on the booking amount.

Less than 24 hours and up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the trip, the user will be charged 50% of the booking amount as a cancellation fee.

There will be no refund if the cancellation is done with less than 3 hours remaining from scheduled start time of the trip.

Late Return 30 Minutes Differential Fare. Additional INR 150*. After 30 Minutes INR 350 per hour*.
